The phone number for both offices is 415.474.5820. The fax number is 415.520.9239. I check my phone messages regularly and will return your call generally on the same day. If you are a patient and need to reach me sooner than this you may also try my cell phone. That number is 415.568.5425. When leaving a message always leave a return phone number with area code. If you are calling from a cell phone, especially in a loud environment, please speak clearly and leave your phone number more than once. When I am away from the office for any extended period of time I will provide the name of a colleague you may contact. If you are ever in a psychiatric emergency dial 911 or go the nearest emergency room.

My primary office is located in the historic Flood Building in San Francisco. The office is less than one block from both Bart and Muni (Powell Station). Find more information on public transportation to this office...

If you drive to the office I recommend parking in the Ellis/O’Farrell Parking Garage directly across the street from the building. Please keep in mind that you will need time to park your car as the office is located in the busy Union Square shopping district.

I also have an office in the Rockridge district of Oakland. The office is in the Market Hall complex. The cross street is Shafter and the entrance to the office is on College Avenue.  If you are taking Bart to the office get off at the Rockridge station.
